Unfortunately, no. Hello Chic themes are designed for self-hosted WordPress websites only. Here’s an easy guide to help you set up a self-hosted WordPress site.
No, it has nothing to do with your domain extension. You can choose any domain you like (.com, .net, .org, .co, etc.) and connect it to your WordPress.org website.

Your theme purchase includes the theme file, sample demo content, and access to our step-by-step setup guide to help you get your website up and running.
No, you don’t need to purchase anything else. Our themes are Kadence child themes, and everything you need is included. The parent theme will be installed automatically when you install your theme, so you can get started right away.
Experience with WordPress will help you get the most out of our themes, but it’s not required. We provide detailed tutorials to help you get started.
Note that sadly, we are unable to provide support for general WordPress questions.
Even if you’re a beginner, our themes are designed to be easy to use and intuitive. No coding knowledge or design skills are required. We provide complete walkthroughs for every theme so you can easily set it up on your own.
Many of our customers are new to WordPress and have successfully set up everything using only our setup guide. You might be surprised by how easy it is!

Please note that if you want to customize the theme beyond the demo design, some WordPress knowledge and possibly coding may be required. We do not provide support for theme customizations or modifications to the theme’s code, styling, or functionality.
Yes, you’ll find a sample content XML file in your download package, which includes sample posts, pages, and image placeholders.
Please note that the sample content will not look exactly like the demo site until you configure the Theme Options and Widgets. Be sure to continue following the installation guide after importing the sample content so your site matches the demo.
When you install your new theme, it won’t look like the demo site just yet. You’ll need to complete the setup by following the step-by-step tutorials for your theme.
Setting up your WordPress theme is a lot like buying IKEA furniture. (Stay with me here.)
When you walk into IKEA, you see beautifully designed, fully styled spaces and assembled furniture. What you don’t see is all the work that goes into putting everything together.
When you purchase IKEA furniture, you still have to take it home and follow the instructions to assemble it.
It’s exactly the same with WordPress themes. Many people purchase themes expecting them to look exactly like the demo site right away. But just like IKEA furniture, you need to follow the step-by-step instructions before your theme will look like the demo.
That said, we’ve made sure setting up your Hello Chic theme is much easier than putting together IKEA furniture. Our instructions are simple to follow, and our customers love how easy our themes are to set up.
Yes! If you’d prefer a done-for-you setup, you can hire us and we’ll install and set up your theme within 24 hours.
We process all payments via PayPal, where you can pay using a credit card, debit card, or PayPal balance. All prices are listed in USD.
If you purchase through Etsy or Creative Market, you may have additional payment options available depending on the platform and your location.
Since our shop sells non-tangible digital products with immediate access, all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. We’re unable to issue refunds once a purchase has been made.

Once your payment is completed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with a link to download your files immediately.

If you prefer, you can also hire us to set up your site to look just like the demo within 24 hours.
Our themes are fully customizable, and you are more than welcome to make any changes you like. However, please keep in mind that customizations beyond the design and functionality of the demo site may require a working knowledge of WordPress and possibly some coding.
Yes, most color elements can be easily changed using the color picker in the Customizer.
Yes, you can change fonts in posts and pages. However, changing fonts for more elements of the theme may require some CSS knowledge.
Yes, simply upload your logo in the Customizer under Header > Logo.

Yes! All of our themes are compatible with WooCommerce, a popular eCommerce plugin for WordPress that allows you to sell products on your website. You can check the demo sites to see the shop page layout for each theme.
